Standard Clean

The regular upkeep clean, for homes already in good shape that just need consistent maintenance.

- Full bathroom clean: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors
- Dusting of reachable surfaces, floors vacuumed and mopped
- Beds made, trash emptied, general tidy-through
Deep Clean
Recommended for first visits
Everything in a Standard Clean, plus the buildup that only gets addressed a few times a year.
- Baseboards, door frames, and light switch plates
- Interior of the microwave and exterior of major appliances, detailed
- Window sills and tracks, ceiling fans, and light fixtures
- Grout and tile detailing in kitchens and bathrooms
Move-In / Move-Out Clean
Empty homes, top to bottom
A full reset for an empty or nearly empty home — before you move in, after you move out, or ahead of a walkthrough.
- Inside and outside of all cabinets, drawers, and closets
- Inside of the oven, fridge, and other major appliances
- All baseboards, vents, and switch plates
- Every room detailed floor to ceiling, ready for the next set of boxes
Recurring Maintenance
Set a schedule, skip when you need to
A Standard Clean on a set cadence, so the deep-clean effort only has to happen once. Priced lower per visit than one-time bookings.
- Choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits
- Same cleaner and checklist each time when possible
- Reschedule or skip a visit with advance notice, no penalty
